Shipping & Return Policy - Creations By Vik’Zen

📦 Shipping & Processing


Because each piece features Artisanal Custom Engraving, items are crafted with dedicated time and intention.

  • Processing Time: Standard production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment. During peak seasonal periods, processing times may vary.
  • Tracking: Once your order is packaged and leaves our studio, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow its journey.
  • Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $80 or more (use code: SHIPFREE at checkout).At Creations by Vik’Zen, every piece is crafted with intention, alignment, and dedicated artistry. We want your experience within our community to be as seamless and mindful as the products we create. Please review our return, replacement, and store credit policies below.


Return & Refund Policy


1. Custom & Personalized Pieces

Due to the permanent and uniquely personal nature of Artisanal Custom Engraving, all customized, engraved, or otherwise personalized products are finalized at the time of production.

  • No Monetary Refunds: Custom items are not eligible for cash or credit card refunds.
  • Defects or Engraving Errors: If your custom item arrives with a structural defect or an engraving mistake that differs from your order confirmation, we will gladly resolve it with a replacement or store credit.
    • Timeframe: You must email us within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of receiving your delivery.
    • Requirements: Your email must include clear photos displaying the defect or incorrect engraving details, along with your order number.


2. Standard (Non-Customized) Items

For pieces in our collections that have not been customized or permanently engraved:

  • Store Credit: We accept returns for store credit within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to qualify.
  • Exclusions: Original payment refunds are not available; store credit will be issued via an online gift code once the item is returned and reviewed.


3. How to Initiate a Claim or Return

  1. Send an email to juvy@creationsbyvikzen.com with your order number in the subject line.
  2. If reporting an issue with a custom piece, please attach clear photographs of the area in question.
  3. Our studio will review your message within 2–3 business days and provide steps for your store credit or replacement shipment.
